Jack Burkman

jack burkman

Jack Burkman is a long-time local volunteer and personal coach. He recently retired from his post as the Southwest Region Planning Manager for the Washington Department of Transportation. He was previously employed for over 25 years at Hewlett Packard, first as an engineer and then as manager of new product development. He also served as a diversity and inclusion leader at the company. He is a past member of Vancouver City Council, currently serves as Vice-Chairman of the Library Board, and has served on the CTRAN board, the Vancouver Planning Oversight Committee, the Clark County Planning Commission, YWCA Diversity Task Force, SW Clean Air Agency board, and on many other local committees over the last 22 years.
