 karmel shieldsKarmel Shields has lived in Clark County for the past 12 years. She is currently the Program Director of the Vancouver/SW Washington Part-time Master of Social Work (MSW) program for Eastern Washington University. Karmel has also worked as an academic advisor for Washington State University-Vancouver and program manager for Clark County. In the mid-80s, Karmel served in several capacities for the YWCA of Seattle - King County, including as a management intern, interim Child Care Director, and Employment Services Director. She also has served on the YWCA Clark County’s Women of Achievement planning committee for the past three years. |
