YWCA Clark County generally requires an applicant to submit a completed
application packet, which includes a YWCA application, a resume and a
letter of interest. The YWCA cannot accept resumes in lieu of the application.

and incomplete submittals are not considered.
When to submit?
The YWCA offices must receive all completed applications by the specified time and date listed on the job application to be eligible for consideration. We do not accept
applications unless there is a current position open. Please check the
website regularly to stay informed about current job openings at YWCA
Clark County.
What is the process?
Applicants are reviewed and evaluated based on education and experience.
Those applicants whose experience and education most closely match the
specific job requirements will be selected for an interview. Every effort will be made to respond to all employment applications as soon as the position closes. All applicants will be notified. If you have any questions please call (360) 696-0167

What is the interview process like?
Applicants who successfully complete the evaluation process will be invited
for an interview with a panel of YWCA staff. This panel usually consists
of a Human Resources representative and the director of the specific program
for which the position is open. The top candidates are generally asked
for a second interview.
