One
in four girls and one in six boys under the age of 18 have been victims
of sexual abuse.
Sexual assault can happen to anyone regardless of age, sex or race.

The
YWCA Clark County Sexual Assault Program has trained advocates to help
victim/survivors of sexual assault deal with the trauma, medical exams, law enforcement,
interviews and the criminal justice system. The advocates help victim/survivors
regain control of their lives.
The
YWCA Sexual Assault Program provides:
24 Hour Advocacy for
- In-person or phone contact
- Hospital emergency room and evidence collection
- Law enforcement & legal interviews
- Criminal court system process
Sexual Assault Support Groups for
- Adult Women
- Non-offending parents of victim/survivors
- Teen women
Individual Therapy
Licensed
therapist works with women & men ages 13 and up
