YWCA Clark County hosts a variety of fundraising events, awareness events and workshops that provide hundreds of individuals, groups and businesses the opportunity to engage in social change through participation and sponsorship.

Bubbles and Bunco, March 24th

Grab your friends and co-workers  for a party with a purpose. For just $25, you’ll receive unlimited bunco play, abundant appetizers, delish desserts, a complimentary beverage and the chance to win cash prizes. There is also a terrific Bubbles & Bunco raffle basket. Raffle tickets are only $10 and available to purchase at YWCA Clark County or Divine Consign. This event benefits YWCA Clark County and Soroptimist International of SW WA. Register online by 8pm Thursday March 23rd. A limited number of tickets will also be available at the door.

Stand Against Racism:
Women of Color Leading Change, April 27th

Join us at the Dengerink Administrative Building, WSU at 4:00pm for a nationwide Stand Against Racism. Hear from Camara Banfield, Chief Criminal Deputy for Clark County Washington at the Prosecuting Attorney’s Office, and learn about the impact of institutional and structural racism at this free event. Feature Film: I Am Jane Doe, April 29th

Join us at 1:00pm on Saturday, April 29th at the Kiggins Theater in Downtown Vancouver for a special viewing of “I am Jane Doe.” This film exposes the legal proceedings between sex-trafficking site Backpage.com and several mothers and daughters demanding change. No More Summit NEW DATE, June 2-3rd

NWCAVE is hosting its annual national summit to end violence against women and children in the United States. The two day summit will be held at The Hilton Vancouver and featuring key note speakers Brenda Tracy & Donnell Turner, State Representative Sharon Wylie, northwest law enforcement leaders and experts from the community, including advocates from YWCA Clark County. Community Celebration, June 7th

Once a year, a community-wide awards celebration is held to honor recipients of the Val Joshua Racial Justice Award and the Youth Social Justice Award. Empower Luncheon, September 27th

Celebrate the greatness of staff, volunteers and supporters who empower children and youth in the foster care system every day through advocacy in court, legislative action, and preparedness for independent living. Join us on September 27th, 2017 at 11:00 am and discover the greatness within and around you. Motivational speaker, foster care expert, and rapping dad, Derek Clark will share his story of passion and perseverance. 

Culture and Cuisine in the City, Oct 27th

Classic Wines Auction, March 3rd, 2018

YWCA Clark County partners with the Classic Wines Auction (CWA) to present a fantastic fundraising event that includes a gala auction, winemaker dinners, and Ambassador's Dinner. In March 2017, the auction raised $3.5 million to support the work of non-profit organizations such as Metropolitan Family Service, New Avenues for Youth, Friends of the Children – Portland, Randall Children’s Hospital at Legacy Emanuel and YWCA Clark County.
