YWCA Clark County hosts a variety of fundraising events and workshops that provide hundreds of individuals and businesses the opportunity to engage in social change through participation and sponsorship.

We also conduct workshops on social change topics such as domestic violence and the workplace, anti-violence and sexual assault prevention, as well as diversity training. These help us fulfill our mission, and build a stronger community.

Classic Wines Auction, March 4th, 2017

YWCA Clark County partners with the Classic Wines Auction (CWA) to present a fantastic fundraising event that includes a gala auction, winemaker dinners, and Ambassador's Dinner. The auction consistently raises more than $2.2 million annually to support the work of non-profit organizations such as Metropolitan Family Service, New Avenues for Youth, Friends of the Children – Portland, Randall Children’s Hospital at Legacy Emanuel and YWCA Clark County. The two day summit will be held at The Hilton Vancouver and featuring key note speakers Brenda Tracy & Donnell Turner, State Representative Sharon Wylie, northwest law enforcement leaders and experts from the community, including advocates from YWCA Clark County. Empower Luncheon, September 27

Celebrate the greatness of staff, volunteers and supporters who empower children and youth in the foster care system every day through advocacy in court, legislative action, and preparedness for independent living. JOIN US on September 27th, 2017 at 11:00 am and discover the greatness within and around you.

Motivational speaker, foster care expert, and rapping dad, Derek Clark will share his story of passion and perseverance. YWCA Clark County CASA Advocate, David Cea, will also speak about how his life in foster care was impacted by just one person who changed the trajectory of his life.
