help save lives
ywca clark county programs serve more than 11,000 people annually, including victims of domestic violence, sexual assault, and child abuse; youth transitioning out of foster care; homeless preschool children; victims of racism and oppression; and incarcerated women and their children and families.
All of our programs rely on the committed support of our caring and compassionate volunteers.
We help our programs recruit and support qualified volunteers and assist committed community members in finding meaningful service opportunities. In addition to general volunteer service sessions with our staff, each of our programs offers training to provide you with the specific skills needed to carry out your role.
Program specific opportunities for volunteer service are varied.
