Seeking Partner for Lasting Change: YWCA Clark County’s Cultural Competency Development RFP

YWCA Clark County is excited to announce an opportunity for consultants and firms with expertise in racial equity and adult learning to help us build a more inclusive and supportive workplace. We are seeking proposals for the design, training, and implementation of a sustainable Cultural Competency Development Program, a key initiative aligned with our 2024–2026 Racial Equity Plan. This program aims to empower our supervisors to coach and guide their teams through individualized growth, set meaningful DEI goals, and foster accountability—recognizing that every staff member is on a unique journey. We are looking for a partner who can create a flexible framework that meets staff where they are and can be sustained internally for years to come.

If you have a proven track record in cultural competency, leadership development, and equity-centered practices—especially within nonprofit or mission-driven organizations—we invite you to submit a proposal by June 30, 2025. The selected consultant will collaborate closely with our Racial Equity Committee and staff, design practical tools and training, and ensure the program’s long-term success through comprehensive documentation and support. Help us make a lasting impact—submit your proposal to Tanika Siscoe at tsiscoe@ywcaclarkcounty.org and join us in advancing equity and inclusion at YWCA Clark County.
